However, Samsara's default email system only provided a link -- requiring multiple clicks and navigation through different pages to retrieve all necessary information. The Solution

We collaborated with the customer to identify exactly what data they needed in each notification as well as the staff member that they wanted the information routed to. Then, we built custom email notifications that automatically compile all required load details and send them directly to the appropriate team members. These emails now include every piece of information needed in a clear, concise format—without requiring any additional clicks, logins, or searches in the Samsara dashboard. This solution restored the efficiency our customer had before and even improved upon it.
